Hula Classes

My Hula classes are fun and informal, I create a welcoming space for you to learn a new skill and focus on your fitness including core strength, cardio, balance and self confidence. The classes are a breezy 45 minutes, to make it easier for you to carve out time for yourself in the evening and leave feeling energised and uplifted.
