Refunds & Cancellations

Drop In Classes

If you have a PAYG drop in class that you can no longer attend then your class may be transferable in advance to a different date depending on availability for that class. Please email hoopinessinfo@gmail.com to request a class date change. No refunds given less than a week before a class.

Block Booking Classes

Block booked classes are none refundable.

Cancelled Class

If a class is cancelled by Hoopiness due to illness or any other reason an alternative class will be scheduled and your booking transferred, a recorded class provided instead, or a credit provided that you may redeem against your next booking.
